H401-T-CONTROLLER 顯微鏡溫度控制器

 

2-Channel Temperature Controller with 4.3'' touch screen interface compatible with all H401 heating devices. One controller can control independently up to two items.

External temperature sensor (included) and self calibration routines allows easy calibration of the heating devices for the highest accuracy on sample temperature.

On board data logging and download procedures to USB drives allow to record temperature as a function of time and to log calibration events and alarms.

The controller is equipped with password protected routines to re-calibrate the sensors against certified thermometers.

H401-T-PAD

The Heated Flat Metal Plate can be positioned on any surface (Table Top, Cabinet work surface, etc) to create a temperature controlled flat surface.

T range: 27 to 45°C

T sensor accuracy: ±0.1°C

T accuracy on specimen: ±0.3°C, after self calibration, if room temperature remains within ±1°C

Plate calibration can be performed in the lab by the operator

H401-GLASS TABLE

The ITO glass table realizes a flat and transparent surface at controlled temperature. Ideal for stereo microscopes.

It requires H401-T-CONTROLLER.

T accuracy on specimen: ±0.3°C, after self calibration, if room temperature remains within ±1°C

H401-K-FRAME-METAL-GLASS

The Glass side of the Metal Glass T Plate creates a warm and optically transparent surface perfectly flush with the microscope stage. It employs Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coating to obtain uniform heating throughout the glass surface and a surface sensor to ensure the highest accuracy on temperature reading. The glass is chemically strengthened and protected by a rigid aluminum frame.

The metal side of the Metal Glass T Plate features a trimmed 24 mm diameter observation opening for imaging with oil immersion lenses.

The metal and glass sides have independent temperature sensors for independent temperature control of each side.

It requires H401-T-CONTROLLER. Uses both channels.

H401-K-FRAME-METAL-FLAT

The Metal T Plate creates a warm flat temperature controlled surface perfectly flush with the microscope stage and features a circular observation opening in the center. It employs a surface sensor to ensure the highest accuracy on temperature reading.

 

 

H401-NIKON-TI-S-ER-METAL

The Metal T Plate creates a warm flat temperature controlled surface at the same height as the rest of the XY stage perfectly flush with the microscope stage. It employs a surface sensor to ensure the highest accuracy on temperature reading.

 

 

FULL STAGE HEATER

The Stage Heater covers the entire XY stage and provides a flat, smooth surface at controlled temperature. It clamps on the stage and it is fixed in place by set crews positioned on the vertical sides of the plate. The Stage Heater leaves the observation hole open.

It is possible and recommendable to use the Stage Heater in combination with Glass Heated Insert. In this configuration, the H401-T-CONTROLLER uses one channel to control the metal PAD and the other channel to control the Glass Insert. Models available for Nikon and Olympus stages.

It requires H401-T-CONTROLLER.
